All orders will be delivered to the Coach for pick-up if you chose the free shipping option. You will receive an email when they are delivered to her and she will be in contact with you on further details. Please allow her a minimum of 24 hours to contact you for pick up. If you choose the other shipping options you will receive a email when your item was delivered or shipped with a tracking number. 
This store does not close so you can order year round.
